IJAP Award for the Excellence in Research 2025

IJAP has released 11 awards for the excellence in research in the 11 disciplines dedicated by IJAP as follows:
- Award of Walid Khalaf Hamoudi for Laser Physics and Applications
- Award of Dayah Nouri Raouf for geometrical and Nonlinear Optics
- Award of Raad Azzawi Khamis for Plasma Physics and Applications
- Award of Raid Abdulwahab Ismail for Semiconductors and Optoelectronics
- Award of Faiz Hussain Alberkdar for Alternative and Renewable Energy
- Award of Waleed Nassar Raja for Environmental Science and Technology
- Award of Kais Abdulsatar Al-Naimee for Digital and Optical Communications
- Award of Abdulmuttalib Ibrahim Sheikh Ahmed for Solid State Physics and Applications
- Award of Aladdin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi for Applied Mechanics and Thermodynamics
- Award of George Moshi Samuel for Quantum Physics and Spectroscopy
- Award of Mazin Manuel Elias for Electronic Materials and Devices
Each award is 1000 USD to be granted to the corresponding author of the article
Each contribution will be assessed by a committee containing 3 experts in the discipline of the article
The following criteria will be considered for the assessment:
- The addition to the field of specialty
- Language quality and accuracy
- Accuracy of using terminology, symbols, and units
- Quality and reproducibility of the experimental part
- Quality and validity of results and accuracy of their analysis
- Technical quality of the article
- Importance of work application and expected feasibility
- Quality of references and accuracy of quotation
- Citation level of article by other work
The submitted contribution should be published with IJAP before the submission deadline
The deadline for submission is 31st December 2024
The results will be declared on 31st March 2025
